It is important to make the scope of change as small as possible.
The reason why people want to change all at once is because they have the desire to “change all at once.
However, there is a difference between changing and being changed.
It is possible to change temporarily.
But it is not possible to change all at once.
If you cannot change all at once, it is important to change even a little.
